MeteoGraphics is a major player in weather related mobile and broadcast solutions.
The company is part of the MeteoGroup, a group of weather services providers throughout Europe with a strong commitment to implement leading-edge technology for our customers.
We offer bespoke solutions for the broadcast, mobile and internet markets and supply broadcasters such as RTL, TF1, canal+ or SF DRS.
You will be part of a dedicated team, working on projects and support for our visualisation software WeatherSuite in the broadcast segment.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Technical support and collaboration in the planning and implementation of customer projects (setup, technical integration, user support)
- Phone and email support as well as assigments at the customer's site
- Preparation and implementation of software trainings in Berlin and on site
- Supporting the software development department through experience gained in working with the customer
- Integration and conversion of meteorological data in databases, creation of automation scripts

Your profile:
- Fluent in English and German, very good skills in another European language would be of advantage
- A degree in the field of applied science/technology - skills in the area of geography/geology and/or meteorology desired
- Pertinent previous work experience in the administration of Windows and Linux based systems, good skills in PERL, PHP, BVScript, MySQL or similar SQL-based DBS
- Experience with customer and/or IT support
- Excellent communication skills, high flexibility, ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel regularly.
